Now with HP Tuners theres a section in there that you just punch in the new lb/hr injector rate and then your done. I have also looked at the LS1 MAF frequency and the 3400 and they are radically different.

My only real other suggestions for you would be to check your power transistor, ECU, and CAS. Typically if a MAF is bad, the car runs better with it unplugged so you could try that as well.
